1 DAY WORKSHOP: PEONIES BOUQUET

On September 14’th 2024 we taught how to pipe exquisite and realistic looking zefir Coral Charm peonies in a trio of stunning colors and arranged in a lifelike bouquet. All levels were welcome in a Salt Worth Studio in Atwater Village. The cost of this 7 hour class was $350.

In this workshop we taught:

  • Introduction to Zefir: Understanding what zefir is, including the basic recipe and nuances of the zefir mixture.

  • Coloring the Zefir Mixture: Techniques for adding vibrant colors to the zefir.

  • Maintaining the Mixture: Tips and tricks for keeping the mixture warm and smooth for seamless piping.

  • Piping Peonies: Step-by-step guidance on piping large, medium, and small peonies.

  • Piping Peony Leaves: How to color and pipe realistic leaves to enhance your flowers.

  • Bouquet Assembly: Building the foundation for a lifelike bouquet, including materials and steps.

  • Sugar Dusting: Adding delicate sugar dusting to finish your flowers.

  • Final Arrangement: Assembling flowers into a stunning peony bouquet.
